OOC is working to ensure that the necessary infrastructure is in place at key strategic locations so that Blue Foods can efficiently move to eaters.
Food producers have options that enable their businesses to make strategic infrastructure decisions. We are seeking to eliminate bottlenecks so that businesses have multiple options.
5-year Goal
Complete an inital group of 5 to 10 infrastructure projects and integrate them into a functional network that can support small-to-mid size businesses in the region.
Activities
Create an asset map that serves as a living tool for identifying infrastructure gaps and strategic investments.
Understand where existing resources are being underutilized.
Refine list of additional resource needs.
Utilize existing State funding to deploy pilot infrastructure.
Infrastructure availability is publicized through our partner network to regional stakeholders in need.
