5-year Goal

Create a collaborative marketing and shared distribution system for the Oregon Coast. We are beginning to execute these strategies.

Activities

Continue to build and grow the marketing and distribution working group and launch a shared distribution pilot.

Evaluate collaborative marketing opportunities and develop a cohesive implementation strategy. Create a sustainable distribution plan to support these marketing and sales efforts.

Develop a proposal for a dedicated dispatch lead or “benevolent broker” that can serve all partners efficiently.

Secure funding for the dedicated dispatcher or broker to coordinate and champion regional sales.
